TERMS OF USE — STRIDEPOSE

1. ABOUT STRIDEPOSE

StridePose is a global running gait and biomechanics analysis platform designed for informational, educational, and sports purposes only, using video processing and computational analysis techniques.

StridePose is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, does not predict injuries, and does not replace healthcare professionals, including physicians, physiotherapists, or certified trainers.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION

This entity is provisional during the early stages of the product. StridePose may later be operated by an international legal entity, in which case updated Terms will be published accordingly.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using StridePose, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms
• You will use the Service for lawful purposes only
• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have legal authorization to use the Service

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of the Platform require account registration.

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, Apple)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

6. AI USAGE AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Analysis results depend on video quality and recording conditions
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies or estimation errors
• The system may return "insufficient data"
• Generated metrics are computational estimates, not ground truth
• No guarantees are made regarding performance improvement or injury prevention

StridePose prioritizes correctness and safety and may withhold metrics when data quality or confidence thresholds are not met.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for medical or clinical purposes
• Use the Platform for surveillance, unauthorized monitoring, or privacy violations
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service in a fraudulent, abusive, or harmful manner

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, including but not limited to Software, Algorithms, Interfaces, and the StridePose name and branding, is owned by StridePose or its licensors.

Uploading content does not transfer ownership to StridePose. You grant StridePose a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content solely for purposes described in these Terms.

9. PLANS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

StridePose may offer:

• Limited free analysis
• Pay-per-upload plans
• Subscription plans

Pricing, billing, and refund policies:

• May vary by country
• Comply with applicable consumer protection laws
• Are disclosed at the time of purchase

10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

StridePose may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. StridePose may also temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance or improvements. Users may close their accounts at any time.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StridePose shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Misuse or misinterpretation of analysis results
• Decisions made based on generated metrics

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by:

• The laws of Brazil, where applicable, and/or
• The mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's jurisdiction
